Loftus Parish at St Cuthbert Festival

Father Adam and a group of parishioners from Loftus Parish joined a congregation of over 500 at Durham Cathedral on the evening of Friday 5th September 2014 for the annual Saint Cuthbert Festival.

The Festival celebrated the translation of Saint Cuthbert’s body into the Cathedral at Durham on 4th September 999 and was marked by a Mass and Procession to the Shrine of our most famous North Country Saint.
