Rector Attends General Synod

As a newly elected member of the General Synod of the Church of England, Father Adam attended the Inauguration of the Tenth General Synod by HM The Queen on Tuesday 24th November 2015 in Westminster Abbey and at Church House, Westminster.

The Inauguration was preceded by a training day at Church House on Monday 23rd November and was followed by a full agenda for the remainder of Tuesday 24th November and on Wednesday 25th November 2015.

The Rector said, “It is a great privilege to serve on the General Synod and a great honour to be at the Inauguration of the tenth General Synod by Her Majesty The Queen.  I look forward to the joys and the challenges of the debates and deliberations which now lie before us.”

The General Synod will meet again in February 2016.
