Whitecliffe School at St Helen’s
Students, teachers, governors, friends and community members from Carlin How and Skinningrove attended Whitecliffe Primary School’s Annual Christmas Carol Service and Assembly at St Helen’s Parish Church Carlin How on the morning of Friday 19th December 2014.
The students retold the Christmas Story, using readings and hymns while other students, playing the key characters, came to the front of the Church to create a traditional nativity scene. The joyful singing was led by the school choir and a number of talented students performed solos.
This was the first Christmas Carol Service for the new Head Teacher of Whitecliffe Primary School, Mrs McCallum, who spoke at the end of the assembly to thank all those who had taken part and to wish everyone in the community a very Merry Christmas.
